Welcome to Everyman Handyman. By using everymanhandyman.shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The store

Everyman Handyman sells tools and DIY products online. Product descriptions and images are provided for shopping convenience; we aim for accuracy but features, packaging, and availability can change. Prices are in USD and shown at checkout.

Orders and fulfillment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We (or our fulfillment partners) may decline or cancel an order for inventory, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. Many items ship via US dropship partners (including Home Depot / AutoDS channels). Delivery estimates are approximate.

Payments

Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify's payment systems. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping, returns, and privacy

Shipping, returns/refunds, and privacy practices are described on our Shipping policy, Refund policy, and Privacy policy pages. Those pages are part of these terms.

Product use

Tools can be dangerous if misused. Follow manufacturer instructions, use appropriate safety gear, and comply with local codes. We are not liable for improper use, installation, or modification of products.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everyman Handyman and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
