Refund policy

We want you to get tools that earn their keep. If something isn't right, reach out — we'll work it out fairly.

Returns: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless we made an error.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, a short description, and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

How to start: Email tim@easthamptonelectric.com or use the Contact page. Do not return items without confirmation — dropship and partner-fulfilled orders often need a specific return path.

Refund timing: Once we receive and approve a return (or confirm a fulfillment error), refunds typically post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions: Opened consumables (for example, used spray foam), custom or clearance items marked final sale, and items damaged by misuse are generally not returnable. If you're unsure, ask before ordering.
